Sunny September forecast in Himachal

Shimla : Sunshine for the past week has normalised life in much of rural Himachal. The weatherman has forecast blazing sunshine for much of the coming week.

Temperatures are at least 2 to 5 notches higher but humidity is low.

This after a wet July and much of August.Rains are expected to weaken in September but the monsoon rarely retreats four weeks before its official withdrawl in the hill state in late September.

This is usually the season of swirling mist and thundershowers.But old timers say there is still a chance of a wet spell in the coming weeks.But for the moment nobody is complaining about the right sunshine.
