Himachal 2013 winter house session Dec 16 to Dec 21

Shimla : The five day winter session of the HimachalPradesh state assembly will take place in Dharamsala from Dec 16 to Dec 21 .

The state cabinet which met here Wednesday gave its approval for issuing notification making it compulsory to file electronic returns for all dealers registered under the state Value Added Tax(VAT) act without having any turnover limit.
It was decided to exempt the office of Advocate General to fill all vacant posts of Class-III category as one time exemption/measure without referring these vacancies to The State Subordinate Services Selection Board.

The cabinet gave its consent to amend the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Luxuries (in hotels and lodging houses) Act, 1979 by promulgating an ordinance to provide benefit of exemption of luxury tax for Home Stay Scheme for next five years.

The cabinet gave its nod to purchase ten more ambulances for back under National Ambulance Service.
