Now ropeway plan from Shimla bus station to the Mall

Shimla : To avoid further traffic congestion in down town Shimla the Himachal Pradesh government plans connecting the new ISBT by ropeway to the Mall road in the heart of the hill station .

 “The first ropeway is proposed to connect the new ISBT at Tutikandi located at the edge of Shimla to the Mall , with a changeover of ropeway at the old ISBT ,” state transport minister G S Bali said here Friday .

 “We are also planning to build more bus stations at Manali , Dharamsala , Una and other district towns on DBOT basis ,” Bail told Sun Post .

 The sprawling new ISBT at Tutikandi in Shimla has been built by Delhi based Khan Construction Ltd at a cost of Rs 85 crore .
