Modi to visit Himachal on Oct 18

Shimla: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate three power projects in Himachal Pradesh on Oct 18.

“These are 800 MW Kol Dam, 520 MW Parvati III and 412 MW Rampur project,” the state BJP President Satpal Satti told reporters on Friday.

“He will hold a public rally in Mandi town on Oct 10. Later in the day he is likely to visit Sirmaur district,” Satti said.

This will be the first visit of Modi as prime minister to the hill state.
