Shimla : Ajay Mittal has been appointed the next Information & Broadcasting Secretary.

Mittal a 1982 batch IAS officer belongs to the Himachal Pradesh cadre and is currently additional chief secretary, transport.

Some years ago another Himachal cadre officer Asha Swaroop also held the I & B Secretary’s post.
