Rs 6 lakh for Himachal shooter Samresh Jung

Shimla :The Himachal Pradesh government has announced a cash prize of Rs 600,000(6 lakh) to Samresh Jung for winning a bronze at the Incheon Asian Games Monday.

Congratulating him the state chief minister Virbhadra Singh said Jung belongs to Sirmaur district of Himachal and has brought laurels to the hill state over the years.

The 44 year old shooter Jung won a bronze medal in the team event of 10 meters air pistol shooting in ongoing 17th Asian Games at Incheon in South Korea.
