No night curfew in Himachal

Shimla : A spokesman of the Himachal Pradesh government today dismissed the news being circulated in a certain section of social media regarding imposition night curfew in the state. 

The spokesman clarified that no night curfew has been imposed in any part of the state as of now and the news was baseless and devoid of facts.

He added that only a few night restrictions have been imposed in Kangra district by the district administration due to a sudden rise in number of Covid cases in the district. 

So far there was no plan of any night restrictions. He said concerned district administrations will take a final call regarding imposing night restrictions in their respective districts after consultation with the state government in case there was sharp surge in the Covid-19 cases.
