Kundu is Addl PS to Jairam

Shimla: In a surprise move Sanjay Kundu an IPS officer of the 1989 batch has been posted as additional principal secretary to the Himachal Pradesh chief minister Jai Ram Thakur on Friday.

He will look after the Quality Control Cell and Monitoring of Central Projects with immediate effect and order said.

Kundu is just back from deputation in Delhi. Sources said he could be made the state police chief next year when he completes thirty years service.
