Kasauli Lit Fest 2016 theme breaking barriers

Shimla: Breaking Barriers will be the theme of the Kasauli Literary Festival 2016 which will be held from Oct 14-Oct 16.

This is the fifth edition of the festival which takes place at the Kasauli Club. It will be inaugurated by the Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh.

Notable guest speakers will be Anil Dharkar, Gen K.J.Singh,Begum Zaria Zaheer, Dalip Tahil, Gillian Wright,Harinder Baweja, Madhu Kishwar, Maroof Raza, Malvika Sangghvi.

Montek Ahluwalia,Omar Abdullah,Pavan K Varma, Rahul Pandita, Shyam Benegal, Suhel Seth, Syed’s Hamid among others.

The evening entertainment highlits will be Unplugged live with Dalip Tamil with Nupur Pant. Soulful performance by punjabi folk pop singer Jasbir Jassi.
