HRTC to add 150 electric buses

Shimla: On the occasion of 74th Republic Day Function, Deputy Chief Minister, Mukesh Agnihotri unfurled the National Flag at Una today and took the salute of march past presented by the police, home guard, NCC cadets and school children.

Around 150 electrical buses would soon be added to the fleet of HRTC. Apart from this new permit system would be made available which would facilitate the youth to start their own buses without much formality, said the Deputy CM.   An electric charging station would be set up at Rampur HRTC workshop in Una.
