Baldi is Chief Secretary, Kundu Pr Secy to CM

Shimla : Shrikant Baldi has been appointed as the chief secretary of Himachal Pradesh here late Saturday.

Baldi a 1985 batch officer shall continue to hold the charge of Tourism & Civil Aviaition department in addition to the duties from the date of B K Agarwal relinquishes this charge.

In a surprise move Sanjay Kundu an IPS officer of the 1989 batch has been posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.

Sanjay Gupta also gets FC Appeals.Prabodh Saxena will also hold the additional charge of the post of chairman HPSEB. Omkar Chand Sharma gets Tribal Development and Agriculture.

C Paulrasu as Secretary Urban Development and Town and Country Planning. Amitabh Avasthi Secretary Food and Civil Supplies and Horticulture.

Lalit Jain will hold additional charge of Director Town and Country planning.
