1006 Himachalis evacuated from Chandigarh tricity

Shimla: With growing pressure on the Himachal Pradesh government to evacuate starnded Himachalis from outside the state the state government today moved 1006 people from Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.

They were transported of these places in 44 buses. They are from five districts and include 585 people of Shimla district, 150 people of Solan district, 170 from Sirmaur district,  89 people of Kinnaur district and 12 from Bilaspur district., a spokesman of the state government said here today.

All of them will be medically examined for any ILI symptoms and only then kept in home quarantine
