Shimla slogan invited by civic body

Shimla : Write a catchy slogan in eight words best describing Shimla’s existence and identity and win a cash prize of Rs 21,000 the municipal corporation on Saturday announced.

The slogan should be in Hindi or can even be in more than one language(mix).It should be emailed to ([email protected])or by post to the assistant commissioner MC Shimla by 12 May.

This was announced on a day when the green house inventory for the hill station was launched by the deputy mayor Tikender Panwar.

Old Shimla(core area) is currently undergoing a facelift which is funded liberally by the Asian Development Bank.This includes the famous Mall Road and the Ridge.
