Himachal-Karnataka ink handicrafts pact

Shimla : The Himachal state handicraft and handloom corporation and the Karnataka state handicraft development corporation have siged a deal to promote each others products .

Top officials of the two state run companies on Saturday signed a memorandum of understanding  .

“According to the MOU a sale counter will be allotted to the Himachal handicraft and handloom products at Kaveri emporium Bangalore ,” said Kishan Kapoor Himachal industries minister .

Likewise space will also be devoted for Karnataka state handicraft and handloom products in Shimla as well .

“The next sales counter will soon be set up in Mysore ,” said Kapoor .
