Delhi-Manali-Leh bus soon

Shimla : After over eight months the high-altitude Delhi-Manali-Leh Himachal roadways bus service is scheduled to start soon.

The journey covers 1245 km crossing several high Himalayan passes including the 13,050 ft Rohtang Pass, the 16,040 ft high Baralacha Pass and the 17,480 ft high Tang Lang La pass .

The journey takes 30 hours with a mid-way halt.
The one way ticket costs Rs 1385.The bus stops operating in September.
