19 Himachal bus stands to get free Wi Fi

Shimla : HRTC will soon provide free Wi Fi at all 19 bus stands across Himachal Pradesh.

“This facility will be available every day for half an hour,” state transport minister G S Bali told reporters here Saturday.

“Only one company Jio Reliance came forward to provide Wi Fi services ” he said.

Giving an update on HRTC Bali said 10 Volvo buses have joined the fleet and 15 more such buses will soon arrive.

Tenders have also been floated to get super luxury small buses.

The minister said six HRTC dhabas have been opened in the lower hills of the state and the plan is to open more such dhabas which provide cheap and clean food beaides toilet facilities to passengers.
